I work as a registered dietitian-nutritionist and lactation consultant (DIUHLAM and IBCLC). A state-certified nurse by training, I have experience working in childcare centers and psychiatric settings. I also hold a Master's degree in Health Geography and Territorial Quality, obtained after completing a degree in Geography and Planning. Living with my family in northern Germany, I am gradually developing expertise informed by an international perspective and a critical view of the French healthcare situation. My areas of specialization include plant-based diets and the processes of incorporating plant-based nutrition. I am committed to promoting evidence-based practice and actively combat misinformation and fatphobia.
